Sunday Snippets - Zigzag Card

Hi Playmates!

Miss Di is BACK (so look out!) with new challenge to play along with over at the SNIPPETS PLAYGROUND

For my homework this week, I used up a long strip of white card left over from making my own card bases. It was scored and folded into a zigzag shape, then stamped. More snippets were added to the front zigzag. I think this shape is sometimes called a scrapling?

The white snippet strip measures 11.5" x 2.5" and was scored and folded at 4", 8" and 9¾". Easy peasy to make, then just decorate as you see fit. The strip needs to be 11.5" LONG for the above scoring and folding details, but it can be as WIDE as you like!

Details:

  • Stamps: Aall & Create "Lost Ink" Set #1260 for the large letters; Florileges Design "Texte Mouchete" Ref: FG317034 for the newspaper print; ancient unbranded stamp for the handbag.
  • Gray "diamond" shape cut with a Heffy Doodle "Stitched Square" die.
